All images and mockups shown are for reference only. The final printed product may vary slightly in color or finish due to screen and printing differences.

3. Order Process

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

• Customers must review and approve proofs before printing.

• Once a design or proof is approved, no further changes can be made.

• IshaPrints will not be responsible for errors (spelling, colors, layout, etc.) once the proof is approved.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full before production begins.

• We accept major payment methods as displayed on our website or shared via invoice.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Turnaround Time

• Production times vary depending on the product and quantity.

• Estimated delivery or pickup dates will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

• Delays due to third-party couriers, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer both pickup and delivery options.

• Delivery charges apply based on location and order size.

• Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared (if applicable).

• IshaPrints is not responsible for damage or delays caused during transit by courier services.

7. Returns & Refunds

Since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once printing has begun or the order has been delivered.
Refunds are only applicable if:

• The order has not yet entered production, or

• The delivered product is significantly different from the approved proof (subject to verification).

8. File Guidelines

Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files meet our specifications.
We recommend providing high-resolution (300 DPI or higher) print-ready files in PDF, PNG, or JPG format.
IshaPrints is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or incorrect files provided by the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, and content provided by the customer remain their property.
By uploading files, the customer confirms they have the right to use the material for printing.
IshaPrints will not be liable for copyright or trademark violations caused by customer-provided content.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IshaPrints be liable for:

• Loss of business, profits, or data.

• Delays or errors caused by third-party service providers.
  Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order.

We respect your privacy. Customer information is used solely to process orders, communicate updates, and improve our services.
